Having served in senior leadership roles, notably as Head of Claims at Hollard Insurance Company, she has consistently demonstrated exceptional capability in strategic planning, team leadership, and claims resolution. Iris is recognized for driving significant process improvements, strategic initiatives, and successfully managing complex claims, enhancing profitability and corporate image.

Beyond her professional achievements, Iris is also a seasoned educator, boasting another 18 years of teaching experience across various educational levels.
